АФРИКАНСЬКИЙ ВЕКТОР ЗОВНІШНЬОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ІЗРАЇЛЮ: ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНИЙ ВИМІР
Анотація
У статті висвітлюється потепління відносин Ізраїлю з африканськими країнами за останнє десятиліття в технологічному вимірі. Акцентується увага на важливості зв’язків у сфері безпеки та експорту безпеки, включаючи надання технічної допомоги для потреб розвитку. Більш тісні зв’язки фактично були досягнуті за рахунок експорту безпеки і залучення органів безпеки в елементи жорсткої сили таким чином, щоб це служило обом сторонам. Основна увага приділяється ролі, яку відіграють зв’язки в сфері безпеки. Огляд зв’язків Ізраїлю в області безпеки в цілому і з Африкою зокрема відсутній в академічних дослідженнях і лише мінімально згадується в засобах масової інформації та в публічних дискусіях, на відміну від широкого обговорення цивільних зв’язків Ізраїлю з світом, що розвиваються. Це свідоме рішення Єрусалима максимально обмежити обговорення зв’язків Ізраїлю в області безпеки в цілому і з Африкою зокрема.
